Lakisha began her real estate career in 2013 with Keller Williams First Atlanta after completing her master’s degree in marketing and a successful 10-year marketing career in corporate America. Within 3 years, Lakisha has gained over 6o hours in continuing education and has closed over 200 transactions. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and has earned accolades from the Multi Million Dollar Club for two consecutive years.
In 2016, Lakisha was offered a role on the Keller Williams prestigious Agent Leadership Council or ALC as a member of the Growth & Profit Share committee. In 2017 she was promoted to Chair of Productivity where she’s currently responsible for assisting in providing training that increase Market Center production. Lakisha has taught a number of classes for new agents through First Atlanta’s IGNITE program spanning topics that include Where to Find Your Business, Working with Buyers and Negotiating the Deal.
Additionally Lakisha is an advent real estate investor who believes it is immensely important to reinvest back into your business. She is a partner in Lux Holdings, LLC a renovation company that revitalizes neighborhoods by renovating older homes and creating purchasing opportunities for the first-time home buyer.
Lakisha is passionate about Keller Williams culture and what the company has to offer in the way of training and profitability. She has been successful in recruiting over 25 agents and assisting them in creating a life worth living and a business worth having. She sees no signs of slowing down her real estate business and is excited about what the future has to offer.
